We are looking for a skilled Social Media Trainee in an advertising agency, specifically with expertise in handling social media. This is an immediate opening, and we are seeking a candidate who can join us right away.

Job Summary:

Mio Design is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to support our work on Metropolitan Stock Exchange, a fast-paced stock exchange client that operates in a high-octane, always-on environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, thrives under deadlines, and wants hands-on exposure to both digital content management and client servicing within an advertising agency setup.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Instagram Management

• Assist in managing MSE's Instagram and other social / digital media platforms
• Coordinate content posting, scheduling, and calendar management
• Ensure timely publishing of posts as per market hours, announcements, and briefs
• Support content coordination with the creative and strategy teams
• Monitor posts, basic engagement, and flag queries/comments when required

Client Servicing Support

• Assist the Client Servicing team in day-to-day coordination with the MSE account
• Help prepare client presentations (PPTs) and internal decks
• Maintain trackers, reports, and schedules using Excel/Google Sheets
• Support in basic invoicing coordination and documentation
• Ensure smooth follow-ups and timely execution of tasks

Requirements:

0-1 years of experience in handling social media accounts,

Strong understanding of Instagram and social media workflows

Basic knowledge of content scheduling tools is a plus

Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace

Good written and verbal communication skills

Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, real-time environment
