mindframes is a design-first content studio based in bangalore, working with d2c brands across india, the us, and beyond. from setting up standout product photography to producing high-conversion videos, we're the go-to crew for over 200 brands looking to scale their e-commerce presence. we operate out of a fully equipped, state-of-the-art studio and collaborate with some of the most ambitious creators, strategists, and founders in the game.
about the role social media intern
we're looking for a highly creative, digitally native social media intern to help tell the mindframes story and support our d2c clients digital presence. if you know what's trending before it hits the mainstream and have a natural knack for creating snappy, engaging content, we want you on our team.
what you'll do
- assist in brainstorming, planning, and executing social media calendars for mindframes and our partner brands
- capture behind-the-scenes (bts) content during studio shoots, highlighting our culture and production process
- create and edit short-form video content (reels, shorts) using native apps or tools like capcut
- work with internal production and editing team as required to get the content out
- write punchy, engaging captions and help manage community interactions across platforms (instagram, linkedin, etc.)
- keep a constant pulse on social media trends, trending audio, and d2c brand activities
- assist the creative team in tracking basic social media metrics to understand what content performs best
what we're looking for
- a true digital native who lives and breathes instagram, tiktok, and linkedin
- strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to a witty, brand-appropriate tone
- hands-on experience with mobile editing and design tools like capcut, canva, or basic adobe cc
- a strong eye for visual aesthetics and a genuine passion for e-commerce and design
- proactive, organized, and eager to absorb knowledge in a fast-paced studio environment
- a collaborative team player who isn't afraid to pitch wild ideas
nice to have
- a personal social media presence, blog, or creator portfolio that showcases your style
- previous internship experience in marketing, digital media, or content creation
- familiarity with the indian d2c startup ecosystem
- basic image and video editing skills
