About The Role
You'll own how the brand shows up on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X, and WhatsApp — across two distinct audiences: RE agents (supply) and retail investors (demand). You'll script, shoot, edit, post, and iterate — turning Landseek's product, market intelligence, and Academy content into a content engine that compounds. Working alongside the founding team, you'll build the playbook that defines Landseek's voice across India's land investment conversation.
Landseek is an AI enabled Land Operating System, designed to modernize and streamline the lifecycle of land discovery and investment. Landseek serves as an intelligence and data layer for investors, agents, and developers within the land and plots asset class.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Production: Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form video (Reels, Shorts, YouTube Shorts) and static creatives. Turn complex land investment concepts — Vault Completeness Score, EC/patta basics, HMDA/DTCP rules, micro-market trends — into scroll-stopping content.
- Channel Ownership: Run day-to-day publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X, and WhatsApp Channels. Maintain a weekly content calendar with clear themes for each audience (RE agents, retail investors).
- Community Engagement: Reply to comments, DMs, and mentions in Landseek's voice — within hours, not days. Build genuine conversation, not corporate broadcast.
- Distribution & Growth: Test formats, hooks, and posting cadence. Track what's working, kill what's not. Coordinate with creators, agents, and partners for cross-posts and collaborations.
- Content Repurposing: Mine Landseek Academy chapters, News pieces, product launches, and founder-led posts for short-form derivatives. One source asset → 5–10 platform-native cuts.
- Performance Reporting: Weekly numbers — reach, follows, saves, watch-time, CTR to product. Pair every number with one insight on what to double down on next week.
Desired Qualities
- Demonstrable content portfolio — your own page, brand work, college handle, creator project (numbers help, but craft matters more)
- Strong instinct for hooks, pacing, and platform-native formatting (Reels ≠ LinkedIn ≠ X — you know the difference)
- Comfortable on-camera or comfortable directing someone who is
- Fluent in English; comfortable producing in Telugu, Hindi, or both is a strong plus
- High-ownership operator: ships daily, reads numbers honestly, iterates without ego
