About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and creative Social Media Interns to join our marketing team and help grow InCart's digital presence across platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and WhatsApp.

This is an unpaid internship that offers hands-on experience in social media marketing, brand communication, and digital growth strategies — working directly on a live startup project.

Duration: 3 Months (Unpaid Internship)

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow InCart's official social media accounts (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Plan and execute social media activities to increase followers, engagement, and reach across all platforms.
• Create visually appealing posters, graphics, and content using tools like Canva or Figma.
• Respond to comments, messages, and user interactions promptly and professionally.
• Develop content calendars and campaign ideas aligned with ongoing product updates and sustainability themes.
• Track analytics and prepare simple reports on follower growth and engagement performance.
• Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to maintain consistent brand tone and messaging.

Requirements

• Passion for social media, branding, and digital storytelling.
• Basic understanding of marketing trends and online engagement strategies.
• Proficiency or familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Self-driven, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
