About the Role

We're looking for a creative Social Media Intern who can handle content end-to-end — from coming up with ideas and scripts to shooting, editing and posting.

This is not a role where you'll only manage social media. You'll actually be involved in creating the content.

What You'll Do

• Come up with creative and relatable content ideas for Instagram/Reels
• Write scripts, hooks and captions
• Shoot videos using iPhone 16 Pro / iPhone 17 Pro
• Be comfortable appearing on camera / anchoring when required
• Visit customer homes and offices to shoot content
• Shoot product, customer experience, warehouse and behind-the-scenes content
• Edit Reels and short-form videos
• Add music, text, subtitles and basic effects
• Manage and publish content on Instagram and other social platforms
• Understand what is trending and adapt trends creatively for Voorent
• Take ownership of the complete process: Idea → Script → Shoot → Edit → Post
• Track content performance and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement

Who We're Looking For

• Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills
• Good at scripting and creating hooks
• Comfortable shooting videos on a phone
• Good editing skills
• Comfortable travelling to customer homes/offices for shoots
• Someone who is hands-on and can execute independently
• Understands Instagram, Reels and current social media trends
• Good communication skills
• Previous experience creating Reels/content is a plus

Important Requirement

You should have your own iPhone 16 Pro or iPhone 17 Pro for shooting.

This Role Is For You If

You enjoy thinking of an idea, writing the script, going out and shooting it, editing the Reel and finally posting it yourself.
