Role Overview:
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Intern with a strong creative sense and proven experience in social media content creation, graphic design, video editing, and SEO. You'll be responsible for crafting engaging content that reflects our brand, drives engagement, and builds Avinya Labs presence across digital channels.
This is a 3-month paid internship, with the opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram.
- Design eye-catching graphics, carousels, and short-form videos aligned with brand guidelines.
- Edit marketing visuals and short clips for campaigns and events.
- Research and apply SEO best practices to website content and social posts.
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Work closely with the content and design teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a tech, software, or Web3 company.
- Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), or Figma.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content optimization, and analytics tools.
- Must have a portfolio showcasing past work in social media, graphics, or content creation.
- High agency and self-motivation - we're looking for someone who takes initiative and owns outcomes.
