BeBetta - Social Media Intern

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

About BeBetta

BeBetta is building a platform where users play, earn, and redeem real-world value seamlessly across gaming, rewards, and commerce. Our gamified rewards platform turns every session into progress, driving loyalty across titles and experiences.

We're looking for a Social Media Intern who can shoot, create, and distribute content that actually stops the scroll - across every channel, not just ours.

This is not just posting. It's shoot → create → distribute → grow.

You don't need a big portfolio. But you must be ready to show up on camera, pitch ideas, and reach out to the world. We'll guide you. You bring the drive.

You Will Define How BeBetta

  • Shows up - on camera, in DMs, across every platform
  • Turns gaming culture into content people actually share
  • Builds presence beyond just one page
  • Connects with creators, communities, and audiences directly

What You'll Do

  • Shoot and create content: Reels, POVs, behind-the-scenes, trending formats - you're in front of and behind the camera
  • Be BeBetta's voice: On Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and wherever our audience lives
  • Own multiple channels: Not just BeBetta's page - build presence independently across platforms
  • Do creator outreach: Identify and reach out to gaming creators, influencers, and communities for collabs - you make the first move
  • Catch trends early: Spot what's about to blow up before it hits the Explore page, then make it ours
  • Engage the community: Respond, repost, react - keep our gamer audience talking
  • Blend brand and culture: Bring BeBetta into memes and creator collabs without making it feel like an ad

  • You start owning channels, not just posting on them
  • You move from execution → ideas → strategy

What You Need

Creative Sense

  • Eye for framing, pacing, and storytelling - even in short-form
  • Ability to generate ideas and pitch them with confidence

Skills

  • Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video (CapCut, Reels editor, or similar)
  • Active on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn video, or other platforms

Mindset (most important)

  • You learn fast and adapt even faster
  • You're open to feedback and iteration
  • You're curious about what makes content actually perform
  • You're not afraid to DM a stranger or pitch a bold idea

Bonus Points

  • You have your own social presence (any platform, any size)
  • You've done creator outreach or brand collabs before
  • You watch and break down reels / short-form content for fun
  • You've experimented with AI tools for content creation (even basic)
