Job Responsibilities
Assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms
Support the development of social media calendars aligned with campaign goals
Monitor ongoing social media trends and contribute fresh content ideas
Coordinate with design and marketing teams to produce creative visuals and videos
Track performance metrics, analyze engagement insights, and share basic reports
Respond to comments, queries, and messages across platforms to maintain community engagement
Support in influencer research, outreach, and campaign coordination
Stay updated with platform updates, best practices, and emerging digital trends
Help brainstorm social-first campaign concepts and participation in digital events
Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across channels
Job Qualifications
Strong interest in social media and digital marketing
Basic knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
Good communication and writing skills in English
Familiarity with Canva, video editing tools, or social media scheduling tools is a plus
Enthusiastic, creative, and willing to learn and take initiatives
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Pursuing or completed Bachelor's in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field
