Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Social Media Intern at Alpha Adventures, located in Nagpur. The Social Media Intern will be responsible for managing social media marketing, creating content for social media platforms, digital marketing, and communication-related tasks.

Growth Opportunity

This role begins with a two-month internship period, after which high-performing candidates will be evaluated for a permanent position within Alpha Adventures.

Requirements

1. Passion for travel and outdoor activities.
2. Strong understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms, including trends and basic algorithms.
3. Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar).
4. Ability to write engaging, brand-aligned captions with effective call-to-actions.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
6. Comfortable being on camera, confident in creating reels, speaking in videos, and recording voiceovers, as you will represent the digital face of the organisation.
7. Willingness to commit to a longer duration and grow with the company, as Alpha Adventures is a growing startup building a long-term team.
