About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our brand presence across digital platforms. The role involves building impactful content strategies, collaborating with influencers, and driving campaigns that boost engagement, reach, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
Create and manage engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs).
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
Influencer Marketing:
Identify, shortlist, and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and creators aligned with the brand.
Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, deliverables, and campaign timelines.
Develop creative influencer briefs and ensure brand messaging consistency.
Track ROI and performance of influencer-led campaigns.
Manage budgets for influencer collaborations and campaign spends.
