Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Jalandhar & Amritsar, with some flexibility for remote work, for a Social Media Handler. The Social Media Handler will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining all social media channels for Education Station. Daily tasks include developing and scheduling engaging social media content, monitoring engagement metrics, interacting with followers, and staying updated on emerging social media trends. The role also involves collaboration with the team to devise and implement social media strategies that align with organizational goals. Additionally, the candidate will oversee campaigns that enhance online presence and promote brand identity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Skills in Social Media Content Creation, Scheduling, and Graphic Design
- Ability to analyze social media engagement metrics and implement optimization strategies
- Strong skills in copywriting, caption writing, and storytelling for online audiences
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and basic graphic tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to effectively handle deadlines and multitask in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in the education sector or student counseling (preferred but not mandatory)
