Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media & Growth Marketing Specialist to drive digital growth for our Facility Management SaaS product. This role focuses on building brand awareness and generating qualified leads through high-impact content, social media strategies, and performance marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Social Media
  • Create and manage engaging content across Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Develop:
    • 3–4 Reels per week (educational and problem-solving content)
    • 2–3 Carousel posts per week
  • Focus on content themes such as:
    • Facility management challenges
    • SaaS-based solutions to industry problems
    • Case studies and storytelling
  • Growth Marketing & Paid Campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on:
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • Google Ads
  • Optimize campaigns to improve:
    • Cost per Lead (CPL)
    • Click-Through Rate (CTR)
  • Continuously test creatives, audience targeting, and funnels to maximize ROI
  • Lead Generation & Funnel Management
  • Build and optimize lead generation funnels:
    • Social content → Landing Page → Demo Booking
  • Track and improve:
    • Leads generated per campaign
    • Conversion rates (%)
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless lead handover
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze performance of campaigns and content
  • Prepare weekly reports on:
    • Reach and engagement
    • Leads generated
    • Conversion performance
  • Maintain and track hot and cold lead reports
Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B or SaaS marketing
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Instagram (Reels & Carousels)
    • LinkedIn marketing
  • Hands-on experience in:
    • Performance marketing (ads, targeting, funnels)
    • Basic copywriting (beyond design execution)
Preferred / Good To Have

  • Experience in PropTech, SaaS, Facility Management, or B2B tools
  • Understanding of:
    • Lead generation funnels
    • CRM integrations and marketing automation
