About the Role
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Social Media Growth Manager to lead social media strategy and execution across multiple consumer brands. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and revenue through organic social media, paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and performance marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok ecosystems, including content strategy, community management, paid advertising, and account infrastructure setup. This individual should be capable of taking ownership from strategy through execution and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives and brand goals.
- Build, grow, and optimize brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging social platforms.
- Create and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars.
- Conduct competitor research and monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Establish KPIs and continuously optimize strategies based on performance data.
Account Setup & Platform Management
- Create and configure social media accounts and business infrastructure when required.
- Set up and manage Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Center, advertising accounts, pixels, and tracking systems.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social channels.
- Manage publishing schedules and platform best practices.
Content Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop content strategies that include educational, promotional, lifestyle, user-generated, and trend-based content.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, influencers, and content creators to produce engaging content.
- Create content briefs, campaign concepts, and creative direction.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging platform trends and viral opportunities.
Paid Advertising (Meta & TikTok)
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
- Implement audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion-focused strategies.
- Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, offers, and campaign structures.
- Identify scaling opportunities and recommend growth initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor engagement, audience growth, website traffic, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Use data to improve content effectiveness and advertising performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve both organic reach and paid campaign results.
Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions.
- Foster audience engagement and build active online communities.
- Escalate customer feedback and concerns to appropriate internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience managing social media for consumer brands.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok
- Experience creating and managing social media business infrastructure, including account setup and platform configuration.
- Proven success running and optimizing Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, audience growth, engagement tactics, and social media best practices.
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools to measure performance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Influencer Marketing
- Experience sourcing, onboarding, and managing influencers and content creators.
- Familiarity with influencer outreach, contract coordination, content approvals, and campaign tracking.
- Experience managing affiliate and ambassador programs.
Amazon Ecosystem
- Understanding of Amazon marketplace operations and eCommerce marketing.
- Experience coordinating social media initiatives that support Amazon sales growth.
Levanta
- Experience using the Levanta affiliate marketing platform.
- Understanding of creator partnerships and affiliate campaign management through Levanta.
Amazon Advertising
- Basic understanding of Amazon PPC, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Ability to align social media, influencer, and advertising initiatives with Amazon growth strategies.

- Growth in followers, engagement, and community participation.
