About Yoinkme
Yoinkme is an AI-powered SaaS that does one thing really well: turn social media comments into paying customers. Someone drops interested! under your LinkedIn or Instagram post Yoinkme catches it, fires a personalized DM, auto-replies to the comment, and tracks the whole thing in a built-in CRM.
About the Role
We're not looking for someone to manage our socials. We're looking for someone who wants to get their hands dirty building a brand from nearly zero. You'll work directly with the founders. You'll ship content, start conversations, recruit beta users, and help figure out what actually works.
Responsibilities
- Create and post content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, and X (yes, all of them)
- Jump into social conversations, reply to comments, and slide into DMs on behalf of the brand
- Find and reach out to influencers, creators, and potential partners we should be working with
- Help plan and run workshops, webinars, and live product demos
- Turn long-form content into carousels, short clips, threads, and whatever format is working right now
- Be genuinely active in Reddit communities, Indie Hackers, and niche Slack/Discord groups (not spammy, actually helpful)
- Help us find and recruit beta testers, and keep them engaged once they're in
- Write blog posts, comparison pages, and SEO content that doesn't read as if a robot wrote it
- Keep an eye on what competitors are doing and flag anything interesting
- Track growth metrics weekly and tell us what's hitting and what's flopping
- Help coordinate launch campaigns across multiple platforms
- Talk to users, collect feedback, and bring it back to the product team
You're a Great Fit If
- You write like a real person. Punchy, clear, maybe a little funny. Not corporate, not cringe.
- You actually understand how LinkedIn, Instagram, and Reddit work because you use them, not because you read a marketing blog about them
- You're comfortable DMing strangers, dropping comments, and starting conversations cold
- You don't wait around to be told what to do. You see something that needs doing, and you do it.
- You're curious about SaaS, startups, or growth marketing (even if you're still learning)
- Bonus points if you've ever managed a brand account, grown your own following, or worked in a startup before.
