Social Media Growth Intern

We're looking for a Social Media Growth Intern who loves social media, enjoys connecting with people, and has a knack for convincing and negotiating.

If you're someone who spends time exploring Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms, knows how influencer collaborations work, and can confidently reach out to creators, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Finding and shortlisting relevant influencers every day across different social media platforms.
• Reaching out to influencers via DM, email, and other channels.
• Building relationships with creators and maintaining regular communication.
• Negotiating collaboration terms and ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Coordinating promotional campaigns from start to finish.
• Tracking collaboration progress and maintaining influencer Trackers.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in speaking with new people and building relationships.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Interest in social media, influencer marketing, and digital trends.
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive approach to work.
