Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage day-to-day social media activities for a client mandate. This role requires someone who is comfortable working from the client's office, capturing real-time content, and supporting content execution across platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media, good communication skills, and the ability to create and manage content on the go.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Assist in executing social media calendars across platforms.
  • Publish and schedule posts as per plan and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor platform activity and coordinate for responses where required.

2. Content Creation (On-Ground)

  • Capture photos and videos using a mobile phone, especially of leadership and in-office moments.
  • Record quick, high-quality video content suitable for social media platforms (Reels, Stories, etc.).
  • Ensure content is aligned with brand tone and platform requirements.

3. Coordination & Execution

  • Work closely with internal teams to align on content requirements and approvals.
  • Coordinate with the client team on-site to ensure smooth execution of shoots and content capture.
  • Be present during key moments to capture real-time content.

4. Basic Editing & Uploading

  • Perform basic edits on mobile (trimming, captions, simple transitions).
  • Add captions, hashtags, and metadata as per guidelines before posting.

5. Communication

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Ensure strong written and spoken English for captions, coordination, and day-to-day interactions.

6. Time & Task Management

  • Manage multiple small tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be responsive and adaptable to quick turnaround content needs.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital content roles.
  • Comfortable shooting and creating content using a mobile phone.
  • Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work from the client's office and be present for on-ground content needs.
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
