This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohini for a Social Media Executive focusing on YouTube SEO. The role involves optimizing video content for YouTube, analyzing performance metrics, executing audience growth strategies, and aligning content strategies with trends to drive engagement. The candidate will collaborate with the creative team to manage video uploads, optimize video metadata, implement SEO best practices, and improve search rankings on YouTube.

• Proficiency in YouTube management and understanding of its SEO practices
• Skills in Video Production and Video Editing
• Strong Communication abilities for effective team collaboration
• Knowledge of Marketing principles and trends, particularly in digital platforms
• Analytical mindset to track and report performance metrics
• Proactive approach to identifying and implementing audience engagement strategies
• Familiarity with kids content and related audience preferences is a plus
