Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rohini for a Social Media Executive specializing in YouTube. The candidate will manage and optimize YouTube content, handle video uploads and tagging, analyze channel performance to improve subscriber growth and engagement, and collaborate with the creative team to design engaging campaigns. The role also involves ensuring content aligns with audience preferences and working on strategies to expand the channel's reach.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing
• Experience in Marketing, with a focus on social media and online platforms
• Proficiency in YouTube content management, optimization, and analytics
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration and campaign strategy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment on-site
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience managing successful YouTube channels is a strong plus
