About the Role
We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Executive to join our D2C women's fashion brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing initiatives to build brand visibility, drive engagement, and grow our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategies to align with business goals and target audience.
- Assist in photoshoots, product styling, mood board creation, product naming, descriptions, and creative assets for social media.
- Research, conceptualize, and develop marketing campaigns while monitoring performance and optimizing strategies.
- Manage the brand's website and e-commerce platform, ensuring updated product listings and a seamless user experience.
- Spearhead monthly email newsletters to engage and retain customers.
- Identify and collaborate with key digital influencers to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop engaging content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube; explore new and relevant channels.
- Plan, create, post, and manage daily content across all platforms in alignment with the brand's voice and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 23 years of relevant experience in social media marketing (fashion industry experience preferred).
- Proven knowledge of influencer marketing, content writing, and campaign strategy.
- Proficiency in video editing, content marketing, and social media management tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
- Excellent command of English communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to define and articulate a fashion brand identity.
