Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Associate to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience working in an IT or Digital Marketing agency. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage client relationships, handle SEO, manage social media platforms, and create compelling content.

Key Responsibilities:

Client coordination

  • Participate in client meetings to present strategies, ideas, and performance insights
  • Coordinate with design, content, and digital marketing teams for execution
  • Guide social media executives on content direction and campaign execution
  • Provide clear briefs and creative direction to maintain brand alignment

SEO Handling:

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, search engine rankings, and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Social Media Platform Handling:

  • Manage and optimize the company's presence across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with clients brand strategies.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed
  • Planning social media strategies for clients.

  • Content Creation:
  • Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, graphics, videos, and blogs.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.

  • User Management:
  • Engage with the online community and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze user engagement metrics and adjust strategies to foster a strong online community.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management within an IT or Digital Marketing agency.
  • Proven experience in client management and delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience in implementing SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms.
  • Excellent content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video editing.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve social media strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
