Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

• Define and lead the overall social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms
• Executing daily postings and managing updates across our corporate social media platforms.
• Maintain a content calendar for regular and relevant updates
• Support in enhancing the Group's digital presence across social media platforms
• Create video and edit quality video for social media
• Ensure messaging is aligned with brand voice and business objectives

Online Reputation Management

Manage the brand's online reputation across digital touchpoints.

This is not just about replying to comments. It is about understanding what people are saying, why they are saying it, what it means for the business, and how the brand should respond.

Internal Communication

• Support in drafting and executing internal campaigns, newsletter and leadership message
• Coordinate with business functions
• Create and edit quality content for internal communication

• Operations ManagerVendor Coordination: Managing communication with external vendors and facilitating internal workflows
• Administrative & Financial Support: Handling team invoices, tracking processing cycles, and managing basic departmental documentation.

Key Skills Required

• 1+ years of managing Social media platforms
• Good written and verbal communication
• Basic designing knowledge of Canva
• Video Shoot and editorial abilities
• Working knowledge of social media platforms
• Ability to multitask, work collaboratively, and meet deadlines
• Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
• Experience in BFSI / Insurance sector would be added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields
