Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement daily/weekly/monthly content calendars.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities.
• Respond to comments and DMs in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams for campaigns.
• Track performance using analytics tools and report on KPIs (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions).
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity.
• Support paid social ad campaigns, including audience targeting and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, Meta Business Suite).
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in influencer collaboration and community management.
• Knowledge of SEO and how it applies to social media.
• Understanding of paid media and boosting strategies.
• Familiarity with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr).
