About the Role
As a Social Media Executive, you'll be the voice behind compelling content, crafting social media strategies that elevate brand presence and spark meaningful engagement.
Job Location: Sector 142, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Near Aqualine Metro)
Work Setup: In-office, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Create platform-tailored content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Manage daily social media operations, including content scheduling and audience interaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with client goals and brand messaging.
- Stay on top of social media trends, updates, and best practices.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to fine-tune strategies and improve results.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English Hons, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and social media management tools.
- Strong creative writing and content creation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and a passion for learning.
