Role:

The Social Media Executive will manage and execute digital and on-ground marketing initiatives aligned with brand positioning, with a strong focus on social media presence, content, engagement, and campaign execution while ensuring consistent brand communication across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of marketing strategies while ensuring brand consistency across all online and offline platforms
• Manage social media channels, content calendars, promotions, and audience engagement
• Assist with website content updates and basic SEO activities
• Plan and execute seasonal promotions, festivals, and integrated marketing campaigns
• Create compelling marketing content for rooms, F&B, weddings, events, and curated experiences
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports
• Support the sales team with presentations, proposals, site visits, and familiarization tours
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, PR teams, influencers, and external partners
• Assist in partnerships, media coverage, exhibitions, and on-ground marketing initiatives
• Ensure effective management of property branding, signage, guest feedback, and testimonials

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, website CMS, and SEO
• Creative thinking with a strong eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling
• Must have 1-2 years of experience.
• Analytical mindset to track performance and optimize content
• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands preferred
