SkinBae is building a curated Korean skincare platform in India. We work closely with global brands and focus on thoughtful storytelling, strong visuals, and education-led marketing.

We are growing fast, and the team we build now will shape how the brand shows up every day.

Role overview

This role is about supporting and executing SkinBae's social media presence with consistency. You will focus on publishing content, coordinating with teams, managing community interactions, and supporting campaigns.

You will work closely with the Social Media Strategist and internal teams to ensure day-to-day execution is smooth and error-free.

What you will own

• Publishing and scheduling content across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Ensuring captions, hashtags, tags, and links are accurate before posting
• Maintaining content calendars and trackers
• Coordinating with designers, writers, and editors to ensure content is ready on time
• Managing comments and DMs in line with brand tone
• Supporting campaign execution including launches and sales
• Assisting with basic performance tracking and reporting
• Supporting influencer coordination and maintaining trackers

What we are looking for

• 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management
• Hands-on experience with Instagram publishing and community management
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written English
• Ability to manage timelines and follow through on tasks
