Social Media Executive

We're hiring a Social Media Executive to work from our Gurgaon office — someone who doesn't just manage posts but builds content people actually stop for.

You'll be creating content, recording videos, conceptualising fiction and micro-dramas, and constantly experimenting with new, viral formats. This role is for someone who is social-first in instinct, thrives on ideas, and enjoys turning culture into content.

You should genuinely love the grind of making things work — pushing for better hooks, sharper storytelling, and hitting deadlines without losing the fun. If you're someone who comes with ideas, not excuses — we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Create and execute high-quality, social-first content across platforms

• Conceptualise and script short-form fiction, micro-dramas, and viral formats

• Shoot and record videos (in-house and on-ground)

• Stay on top of trends and turn them into sharp, brand-relevant content

• Work closely with the team to push volume, quality, and consistency

• Track what works — and keep improving output with speed and clarity

What we're looking for:

• Strong writing and storytelling skills

• A natural instinct for social media trends and formats

• Comfort with video creation (shooting, basic editing, ideation)

• Someone who brings ideas proactively — not waits for briefs

• High ownership, ability to meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced setup

• A genuine love for creating content that people engage with
