Job Title: Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

-Plan, create, and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

-Drive Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns to increase engagement, reach, and brand growth

-Implement advanced Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques including hashtag strategy, keyword optimization, and profile enhancement

-Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals

-Create, review, and optimize content (captions, creatives, reels concepts)

-Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and take data-driven decisions

-Stay updated with trends, algorithms, and competitor activities

-Handle audience engagement (comments, DMs, community management)

-Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing team for content execution

-Be camera-friendly and comfortable appearing in reels/videos when required
