Rama University is seeking a creative, dynamic, and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and strengthen the University's digital presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should possess excellent content creation skills, a strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and digital marketing practices.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage and maintain the University's social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and execute social media calendars aligned with the University's branding and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with creative, admissions, academic, and event teams to generate impactful content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.
- Increase audience engagement, followers, reach, and brand awareness through innovative campaigns.
- Cover university events, seminars, conferences, workshops, cultural activities, and placement drives through live updates and content creation.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics using analytics tools.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize ad performance.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries in a timely and professional manner.
Required Qualification:-
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing.
- Experience in the Education/Higher Education sector will be preferred.
