Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Experience: 1-4 years of experience in social media management

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:-

• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) with consistent brand voice.
• Plan, schedule, and publish high-quality content to maximize reach and engagement
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns and business goals
• Plan, promote, and host webinars/live sessions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Track performance, analyze metrics, and deliver actionable insights and reports
• Engage with the audience, respond to queries, and build a strong online community
• Drive follower growth, brand visibility, and overall digital presence through strategic initiatives
• Stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and continuously optimize strategies.

Skills Required:-

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-4 years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to plan and manage content calendars
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights, etc.)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
