Job Description
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook,
- LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts, reels, videos, and other content.
- Develop creative and audience-focused content ideas based on current trends.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions and respond appropriately.
- Research social media trends, hashtags, and relevant content ideas to improve engagement.
- Assist in planning and implementing social media marketing campaigns.
- Track basic social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, and impressions.
- Prepare basic social media performance reports.
- Coordinate with the content and marketing team to ensure timely delivery of social media content.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication and maintain a positive online presence.
