Role Description

The Social Media Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The Social Media Executive will manage the club's social media channels, create engaging content, and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms. Daily responsibilities include planning and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, monitoring online conversations, shoot direction, SEO, influencer collaboration and cross department coordination. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, suggesting improvements based on audience insights, and supporting promotional campaigns for memberships, classes, and special initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to create and curate social media content, including short text posts, basic graphics, and simple video clips.
• Skills in social media management, including scheduling tools, platform analytics, and community engagement.
• Strong written communication skills in clear, professional, comfort interacting with diverse audiences.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and an interest in fitness, wellness, and sports promotion.
• Organizational skills for planning content calendars and coordinating with internal teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborating in person with staff and adapting to a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in social media or digital marketing is preferred; experience in the fitness or sports sector is an advantage.
• Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is beneficial but not strictly required.
