Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms
  • Create and optimize ad copy, graphics, and videos to ensure maximum engagement and conversion rates
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to target specific demographics effectively
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and Meta Ads
  • Manage the social media advertising budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
  • Test and implement new ad formats, targeting options, and creative approaches to improve campaign performance
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for Meta Ads campaigns

Qualifications:-
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media advertising strategies
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and other related tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail in designing ad creatives
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
