What You'll Be Doing
- Digital Campaigns That Deliver
Plan and run performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display networks.
Continuously optimize for better ROI, stronger engagement, and quality leads.
- Social Media That Stands Out
Build, grow, and manage our brand presence across all major platforms.
Create engaging content, schedule posts, and keep a close eye on what resonates (and what doesn't).
- Website & Analytics Wizardry
Track website performance, user behavior, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Hotjar.
Run A/B tests to ensure landing pages convert like a charm.
- Email Campaigns With Impact
Craft, test, and schedule email campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Segment audiences to deliver communication that feels personal and purposeful.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear takeaways.
Share data-backed recommendations to level up our marketing game.
Skills & Experience Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital or social media marketing.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and popular social platforms.
- A knack for understanding and interpreting campaign performance.
- Strong communication skills and a love for storytelling.
- The ability to juggle tasks, timelines, and trends in a fast-paced environment.
