Social Media Executive

Primary Responsibility : Social Media Growth & Engagement

• Plan and execute social media content calendar (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)

• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content publishing

• Create and coordinate creatives, reels, and video content

• Handle comments, messages, and community engagement

• Run and optimize social media campaigns for reach and leads

• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, leads)

• Collaborate with design, content, and performance teams

• Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships

• Monitor trends and implement new content ideas

• Ensure brand consistency across all social platforms

Key Skills Required (What we need)

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)

• Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)

• Knowledge of content strategy, reels, and short-form video trends

• Basic understanding of performance marketing (Meta Ads)

• Analytical mindset with ability to track and optimize performance

• Good communication and community management skills

• Creative thinking and trend awareness

Qualifications :

• Graduate (Any Stream)

• Certification in Digital Marketing / Social Media (preferred)

• 2+ years of experience in social media management

• Experience working in companies like Loom Solar Pvt Ltd or similar D2C / E-commerce /

Digital-first companies will be an advantage
