We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms. The role involves content execution, audience engagement, and performance tracking to support brand and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day posting and monitoring of social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create captions, creatives briefs, reels ideas, and short-form content as per brand tone
- Schedule posts and ensure timely publishing as per content calendars
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams for content execution
- Track basic performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform changes
- Support paid campaigns and influencer coordination when required
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in social media handling (agency experience preferred)
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with content scheduling tools
- Basic understanding of ads, hashtags, and engagement strategies
- Knowledge of reels, short videos, and trending formats
