Compensation & Work Schedule

• Salary: Up to ₹25000/month (based on experience)
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Weekly Off: Sunday + 2nd & 4th Saturday

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Executive who understands current content trends and platform dynamics. The role involves content planning, coordination with creative teams, community management, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms
• Manage daily posting, captions, hashtags, and scheduling
• Handle community management including comments and DMs
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and marketing teams for content execution
• Assist in planning reels and short-form video content
• Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activity
• Track platform performance and prepare monthly reports with insights

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in social media management
• Experience handling multiple social media platforms
• Strong understanding of Instagram trends and short-form content
• Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting
• Good communication, coordination, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
