Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Social Media Executive. The role involves managing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence across various platforms. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing social media content, developing plans for media campaigns, monitoring performance, and analyzing metrics. This role also requires collaboration with marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader campaign goals and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
• Strong Media Planning and communication skills
• Strong Writing skills for the creation of engaging and high-quality content
• Experience in analyzing metrics and optimizing social media strategies for performance
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and trends is an advantage
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field is preferred
