About the Role:

We're looking for a Social Media Executive who can research, support creation, and improve content not just post it. This role involves understanding what works, executing content, and contributing to measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Research content ideas, trends, and competitor strategies regularly

Plan and create social media content (reels, posts, carousels)

Write clear, engaging captions and hooks

Manage and publish content across platforms

Analyze performance and identify what to improve

Optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions

Collaborate with the design team for execution of content

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience handling 12 social media accounts (personal or professional)

Ability to research and come up with relevant content ideas

Basic understanding of content performance metrics

Ability to explain why content performs or underperforms

Strong communication and execution skills

• Canva skills for content support
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Candidate should be from around Kolkata
