BHeard is hiring a creative, organised, and articulate Social Media Executive to work with exciting brands across hospitality, lifestyle, and consumer categories. Whether you are a fresher ready to kick-start your career or an experienced professional looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do• Plan content ideas and social media calendars for multiple brands.
• Write engaging captions and create eye-catching creatives using Canva.
• Coordinate with clients, understand briefs, manage feedback, and communicate updates.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and video editors.
• Manage content publishing across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Assist with Meta Ads campaigns and performance optimisation.
• Research trends, track campaign performance, and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• Manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines while maintaining quality.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and client coordination skills — a must!
Hands-on Canva skills and the ability to create polished creatives independently — mandatory!
A creative mindset, strong aesthetic sense, and an interest in brand storytelling.
Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
An understanding of Instagram, Reels, and social media trends. Bonus points if you have: Experience with Meta Ads Manager, paid campaigns, hospitality or lifestyle brands, or AI tools.
