Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage day-to-day social media operations, including content writing, scheduling, account optimization, content calendars, and basic reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging, grammatically correct captions and social media content.
• Create and manage content calendars and posting schedules.
• Publish and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile.
• Set up new social media accounts and optimize existing profiles, bios, links, and keywords.
• Adapt content according to each platform's audience and format.
• Maintain posting records and content calendars using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for content ideas, research, editing, and productivity.
• Conduct basic trend and competitor research.
• Coordinate with designers to ensure content is ready on time.
• Proofread and check posts for grammar, links, hashtags, formatting, and brand guidelines.
• Follow SOPs, deadlines, and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Strong English writing and grammar.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms.
• Experience with social media scheduling/publishing tools.
• Basic Canva skills.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Good understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
