Senior Content Writer

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels)
- Write compelling captions and manage brand tone across platforms
- Monitor, respond to, and manage comments, messages, and audience engagement
- Plan and manage social media campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation activities
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and best practices
- Manage basic paid promotions (if required)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- 13 years of experience in social media management
- Strong content writing and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and analytics tools
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar
- Understanding of audience engagement and brand building
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns
- Experience in education/consultancy sector is an added advantage
