Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Coordinator based in Mall of India, Noida with flexibility for partial work from home. The Social Media Coordinator will :

  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Responsibilities include managing content calendars, monitoring channels, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with online communities.
  • Be the main Point of Contact between New Sense Branding and Mall of India
  • Cover events happening at Mall of India and create User generated content via phone
  • Create Mood Boards, do creative direction for shoots and ensure they happen smoothly
  • Understand Mall requirements and get it done from Graphic Team of New Sense Branding

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Writing, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms and audiences.
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, including campaign execution, basic analytics, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and interact with online communities.
  • Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube) and basic use of scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, stay organized, and work independently in a hybrid environment.
  • Prior experience in a marketing, branding, or agency setting is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Has aesthetic creative senses of how to get shoots done - from content creation direction and concept making
  • Creative vibe match for various premium TG events happening at MOI
  • ⁠Well spoken , flexible with mall and event timings
