Role Description

The Social Media & PR Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi/Bangalore. This role involves planning and executing social media content across platforms, including developing calendars, writing posts, coordinating creative assets, and monitoring engagement and community conversations and executing community events. The associate will also prepare communication, preparing basic reports on social and PR performance. The role also includes responding to audience queries in a timely, professional manner and contributing ideas to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.

• Ability to plan and execute content and camera friendly
• Excellent Communication skills, with clear, concise writing and confident interpersonal interaction.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and basic analytics tools.
• Should be updated on latest social media trends
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and community partners.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Prior experience in D2C, consumer brands is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree
