KRA:
- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms to drive engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and long-form formats, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Design visually compelling creatives using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Filmora, and basic Photoshop to produce professional, on-brand content.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics including engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth, and content performance to optimize future campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay updated on industry trends, viral formats, and emerging content opportunities.
- Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Coordinate with the performance marketing team to support and execute paid social media campaigns when required.
- Prepare and present monthly social media performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Manage online reputation by tracking brand mentions, reviews, and audience sentiment across platforms.
Job Knowledge (Prerequisite):
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends
- Creative mindset with a good eye for design and storytelling
- Hands-on experience with social media tools and analytics
- Basic knowledge of paid social campaigns is an advantage
- Excellent communication and community management skills
- Data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into action
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
Experience:
3–7 years of relevant experience in social media marketing (can be flexible for strong portfolios)
