Social Media Executive
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management:
- Develop and curate engaging, creative, and high-quality content (text, images, videos, etc.) for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
- LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other teams for content production.
Social Media Strategy
- Implement and execute social media campaigns to align with overall marketing strategies.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and insights to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
- Assist in setting measurable goals for campaigns, such as increasing followers, engagement rates, or driving website traffic.
Community Engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Build relationships with the audience by fostering online conversations and resolving customer queries.
- Engage with influencers, partners, and other brands to grow community reach.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (e.g., reach, impressions, engagement, conversions).
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite to assess social media performance.
- Recommend improvements based on data insights.
Trend Monitoring
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Propose creative ideas and strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the HR team in case of any help needed in company events that includes clicking photos and videos to post on social media.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including their algorithms, advertising options, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
