Through exclusive drops, live jersey printing, and immersive in-store experiences, we're redefining sports fashion in Kerala.

Role Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to join our team in Kozhikode. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who enjoys creating content, understands social media trends, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will be responsible for planning and creating engaging content, shooting and editing videos, managing our social media platforms, updating products on Shopify, assisting customers through Instagram and WhatsApp, supporting in-store operations when required, and helping execute marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with the founders to build Clutch Culture into one of India's leading sports fashion brands.

Responsibilities

Manage Instagram and other social media platforms
Plan, shoot, edit, and publish Reels, Shorts, and other video content
Write captions, scripts, and content calendars
Stay updated with social media trends and suggest creative ideas
Respond to customer inquiries on Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels
Provide basic customer support and assist with order-related queries
Update products, collections, banners, and pages on Shopify
Assist with product and lifestyle photoshoots
Be comfortable appearing in videos when required
Coordinate with influencers and content creators
Cover in-store events and product launches
Monitor content performance and improve engagement
Maintain consistent branding across all platforms

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

Experience managing social media accounts
Strong creativity and storytelling skills
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
Basic knowledge of Shopify or willingness to learn
Strong communication and customer support skills
Excellent written English for captions and customer communication
Confidence to appear in videos when required
Passion for football, Formula 1, basketball, streetwear, and sports culture
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment

A degree is not mandatory. We value creativity, attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for content creation more than formal qualifications.
