• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn etc, tailored to meet the unique needs of B2B and B2C clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and company goals.
• Conduct market research to determine the target audience and consider new social media opportunities.
• Leverage analytical tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
