We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive with at least 2 years of experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency. The candidate should be skilled in managing social media platforms, increasing engagement, growing followers organically, and planning effective social media strategies.
The role requires strong communication skills, audience engagement expertise, and experience collaborating with influencers to enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle daily operations of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Engage actively with followers through comments, DMs, and community interactions
- Plan and execute strategies to increase page followers and engagement
- Monitor and analyze social media insights, performance metrics, and campaign results
- Create monthly social media calendars and growth strategies
- Coordinate with designers and content teams for creatives and reels
- Identify and collaborate with influencers for brand promotions
- Handle influencer communication, negotiations, and collaboration execution
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and industry best practices
- Prepare performance reports and suggest improvement strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube management
- Expertise in audience engagement and community management
- Understanding of social media analytics & insights
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaboration strategies
- Creative thinking with trend awareness
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of paid ads is an added advantage
