Social Media Executive/ Asst. Manager

• Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer/Partner Marketing, Design, and Content teams) to align messaging and campaigns.
• Drive social listening, actively monitoring and engaging with relevant conversations.

Content Creation & Campaign Execution

• Work closely with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and event attendance.
• Leverage trending topics and industry news to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and execute creative brand campaigns across channels.
• Design and implement demand generation campaigns using gated content.

Research & Competitive Analysis

• Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Use social media for competitor and industry analysis.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, audience growth, campaign effectiveness).
• Provide data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize campaigns.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
• Proven track record of scaling social media platforms and driving engagement.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Google Analytics and SEO.
• Basic design skills in Figma/Canva.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Creativity and a willingness to experiment with new ideas.
