This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Specialist role located in Phalodi. The Social Media Specialist will manage the organization's online presence by planning, creating, and implementing social media strategies across various platforms. Responsibilities include content creation, scheduling, monitoring social media accounts, interacting with the audience to boost engagement, and analyzing analytics to inform decisions. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to align social strategies with broader communication and marketing goals.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience in Digital Marketing, including managing campaigns and online engagement
• Strong skills in Marketing and Communication
• Ability to analyze social analytics and use insights to optimize strategies
• Strong creative and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with trends in the education sector or prior experience in a school setting is an advantage
